Executive search agency, Monroe Consulting Group, is assisting a client in looking for an Back End Engineer. Our client is a top International Fintech company, specializing in Buy Now Pay Later.
Responsibilities:
- Involve in analysis, compiling, recording and reporting of data, processes, and codes to solve and troubleshoot problems and actively identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with related teams such as the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
- Building and developing new features, programs, and products according to industry developments and trends.
- Participating in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, related technical field or equivalent practical experience
- More than 3 years working experience within Back End Development space
- Familiar with web server development technology and git version management tools
- Have a strong skill with Java language, foundation, common collection classes, and multithreading
- Previous experience and familiarity with MySQL database and SQL
- Previous experience and familiarity with Redis, Tomcat, Rabbitmq and other common middleware.
- Good understanding and knowledge in data structures & Algorithm concepts, demonstrated ability to solve complex problems
- Familiar with spring, springboot, mybaitis and other frameworks, and HTTP protocol
- Experience in Internet financial business development is preferred，able to communicate in English
- Experience with Golang/Docker/Kubernetes/Microservices technology is a plus
- Ability in managing multiple tasks and timeline in a fast-pace environment
- Experience with payment/financial system is a plus
