Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Leading Dental Clinic for the role of Business Development Manager. The job description will be as follow :

Job Description :

  • Develop and implement strategies to expand the clinic's market presence, identifying new business opportunities, and establishing partnerships with other healthcare providers.
  • Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies to assess potential new locations, services, and technologies that can enhance the clinic's offerings and profitability.
  • Perform in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and patient demographics to inform strategic decisions and growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute long-term business plans, setting realistic goals and objectives to drive sustained growth and success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including insurance providers, suppliers, and industry associations, to support business development efforts.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, community outreach, and events, to increase brand awareness and attract new patients to the clinic.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to guide investment decisions and optimize resource allocation for growth projects.

Job Requirements :

  • At least 7 - 10 years of total experience.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related fields and professional qualification in Business Development is an advantage.
  • Proven leadership/management experience in business development with thorough knowledge of doing market expansion and feasibility studies.
  • Having a good analytical thinking.
  • Excellent skills in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relations.
  • Having a good leadership skills.
