Monroe Consulting Group is assisting a multinational tobacco FMCG company in the search for a Brand Manager based in Jakarta. This position will focus on New Product Development (NPD) and New Product Launch (NPL), with responsibility for building brand equity, driving visibility, and executing strong go-to-market strategies tailored to the Indonesian market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support NPD & NPL initiatives, from concept to launch.
- Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen brand equity and market presence.
- Plan and implement effective brand activation and visibility programs.
- Adapt global brand direction to local Indonesian consumer needs and market dynamics.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform decisions.
Requirements
- Experience in Brand Management, ideally within the tobacco industry.
- Strong understanding of NPD; hands-on NPD/NPL experience is a strong plus.
- Proven capability in managing brand equity, positioning, and activation.
- An active smoker is required.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
