Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is partnering with a reputable and growing healthcare organization to recruit a dynamic and commercially driven Brand Manager. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with strong experience in both Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) strategies, and a passion for building impactful healthcare brands.
This position will play a critical role in driving brand awareness, patient engagement, and market growth through integrated marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives
- Plan, manage, and evaluate ATL campaigns, including TV, radio, digital media, and outdoor advertising
- Lead BTL initiatives such as on-ground activations, partnerships, events, patient engagement programs, and promotional campaigns
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including medical, commercial, and operations teams to ensure brand consistency
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and media partners to ensure effective campaign execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
- Track and analyze campaign performance, ROI, and brand health metrics
- Manage brand budgets effectively and ensure optimal allocation of resources
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 5-8 years of brand management experience, preferably within healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical devices, or consumer health sectors
- Strong hands-on experience managing both ATL and BTL campaigns
- Proven track record of successfully launching and growing brands
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially driven with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
