Job Summary
The Business Development Executive is responsible for penetrating industry specific accounts and creating new business. They are expected to develop and nurture relationships with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met. This job offer remote work opportunity.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Take charge of establishing and managing the payment business channel system in the Philippines, which includes expanding, connecting, and maintaining payment channels (both domestic and foreign banks, financial institutions, payment institutions, etc.) and clearing networks to ensure the stability and diversity of channels.
  • Develop tailored channel plans and integration strategies based on business requirements and growth trajectory, while considering the capabilities of domestic and foreign channels. Provide solutions that can effectively support business needs, meet compliance requirements, and lead their implementation.
  • Manage the connection, initiation, and efficient operation of channel nodes, involving tasks such as business negotiations, acquiring qualifications, driving system launches, and enhancing network capabilities.
  • Cultivate strong cooperative relationships with channel partners and pursue advantageous agreements.
  • Establish a comprehensive Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for channel operations to aid the team in efficiently addressing channel-related issues and standardizing the account opening process.

Key job requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Possess two or more years of experience in expanding and connecting payment channels within domestic and foreign banks, card organizations, or payment institutions. Demonstrate familiarity with financial-related licensing policies and compliance requirements in the Philippines. Candidates with established networks within the industry are highly desirable.
  • Exhibit a high level of sensitivity to business information, excellent business negotiation and communication skills, and a commitment to confidentiality.
  • Possess an understanding of market and industry dynamics, along with familiarity with relevant regulatory policies and regulations.
