They are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to drive new partnerships, expand market presence, and deliver impactful engagement solutions in Thailand.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding market presence. This role involves managing the full sales lifecycle-from opportunity identification, account planning, and pipeline development to deal closure, handover, and account expansion. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across sectors, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Build and nurture strategic relationships across sectors to generate new business opportunities.
Lead account planning, market segmentation, and pipeline development to support sustainable growth.
Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle-from initial engagement and needs assessment to contract signing, solution handover, account growth, and renewals.
Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Collaborate with product development and partner teams to design and deliver innovative engagement solutions tailored to client needs
Job Requirements
Proven years of experience in business development, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries.
Strong results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to consistently close deals and achieve revenue targets.
Established relationships with key decision-makers across medical affairs, marketing, and sales functions within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
Passion for transforming traditional engagement and sales processes through innovative digital platforms, professional insights, and technology-driven solutions.
Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including partnerships and regional product teams.
