With a vision to continuously innovate and grow, they are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and expand market reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy: Identify, develop, and execute business strategies to drive revenue and market expansion across multiple sectors.
- Market Development: Analyze industry trends, market opportunities, and competitive landscape to create actionable business plans.
- Partnerships & Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, investors, government bodies, and key stakeholders.
- Project Feasibility: Conduct feasibility studies and develop proposals for new ventures in mining, property, and F&B.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership and operational teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
- Financial Analysis: Prepare business forecasts, budget planning, and ROI assessments for new projects and partnerships.
- Brand & Market Positioning: Strengthen the company's presence and reputation through strategic marketing and branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, or investment - preferably within mining, property, or F&B industries.
- Strong understanding of market analysis, partnership negotiations, and business modeling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and results-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to diverse business environments.
