With a vision to continuously innovate and grow, they are seeking a highly driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and expand market reach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy: Identify, develop, and execute business strategies to drive revenue and market expansion across multiple sectors.
  • Market Development: Analyze industry trends, market opportunities, and competitive landscape to create actionable business plans.
  • Partnerships & Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, investors, government bodies, and key stakeholders.
  • Project Feasibility: Conduct feasibility studies and develop proposals for new ventures in mining, property, and F&B.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership and operational teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare business forecasts, budget planning, and ROI assessments for new projects and partnerships.
  • Brand & Market Positioning: Strengthen the company's presence and reputation through strategic marketing and branding initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, or investment - preferably within mining, property, or F&B industries.
  • Strong understanding of market analysis, partnership negotiations, and business modeling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to diverse business environments.
