Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational Medical Device Company. Our client is seeking for Business Manager - Diagnostic position. This job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia

Job Description:

  • Create and implement effective strategies to introduce products to the market, making sure they match overall business goals and the current market conditions.
  • Develop and put into action plans to achieve our commercial goals, including marketing, sales, and operational strategies, as outlined in the business plan.
  • Take charge of launching products into the market, which involves assessing the market, setting prices, planning how to launch the product, and keeping track of how it performs after launch.
  • Drive growth in revenue and market share through smart strategies.
  • Keep an eye on how product plans are being carried out, and make necessary adjustments to fix any problems that might arise in line with business priorities.
  • Develop and support a strong commercial team through training and guidance.


  • A minimum of 8 years of accomplished sales and marketing expertise acquired in the medical device/pharmaceutical sector, with a keen emphasis on boosting revenue, fostering growth, expanding market reach, developing business opportunities, and enhancing customer engagement.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in supervising a direct sales or product team.
  • Degree in Pharmacy, Biology, or Medicine (pertaining to life sciences), coupled with a degree or equivalent qualification in a business-related field such as Economics, Business Administration, or Marketing.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience at multinational corporations.
