International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a top technology company. As the business keeps developing, our client is seeking for a Business Partnership Manager (Vietnamese) to support them to bring their innovative fintech application to potential business partners and users worldwide. The role is based in HCMC, Vietnam.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-lasting business relationships with business partners
  • Devise strategic & innovative strategic plans to approach potential business partners, specifically top business decision-makers of banks, financial services, digital payment & financial institutions
  • Proactively update market knowledge & advise to group management team for immediate solutions and adjustments
  • Direct, coach & support team members to be more competitive and efficient with continuous growing mindset
  • Collect feedbacks & special requirements from business partners and deliver them to equivalent internal stakeholders for further improvement or upgrade
  • Coordinate with Legal team in reviewing business contracts & agreements to ensure all documents are complied with company and national compliance standards
  • Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders to run formal marketing events, offsite campaigns to generate more business leads

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum 5 years working in Business Development/ Customer Relation/ Business Partnership/B2B Channel/Account Management/Growth/Business Operation fields of Banking/Financial Services/ Digital Payment with at least 03 years working at management level in multinational companies.
  • Strong network in banking & financial services, especially with business leaders, management & C-level members to lead formal events; seminars; workshops; offsite marketing campaigns & promotion
  • Extensive market understanding including market & technology trends, potential partners and customers, competitors, etc
  • Coordinate with Legal team to review commercial service contracts or agreements in advance.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication in English and Vietnamese to handle internal & external stakeholders
