Our respected client is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Unit Head to lead one of their key business units. This leadership role is critical in driving business performance, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies that align with the company's vision and mission.
- Lead the development and execution of the strategic growth plan for the business unit, ensuring achievement of revenue and profitability targets.
- Oversee end-to-end operational activities within the business unit, including sales, marketing, and overall operations.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and develop effective marketing strategies.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to achieve optimal business performance.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, business partners, and key stakeholders.
- Provide regular performance reports and business updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with both internal policies and external regulations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major with a minimum GPA of 3.1.
- Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience, including 3-5 years in senior managerial roles or as a business unit/division head.
- Proven track record in managing business units and achieving commercial targets.
- Strong understanding of business processes and operational management.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
- Willingness to work and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Willing to travel for business trips.
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written (minimum IELTS score 6.5 / CEFR B2).
