The Commercial Director will oversee the commercialization and business growth in Thailand, owning revenue, P&L, and execution of the local business. They will lead a team to deliver innovative, insight-driven strategies for healthcare, pharma, and wellness brands, leveraging technology, omnichannel marketing, and professional engagement to grow client brands. The role will also involve building and scaling campaigns, managing cross-functional teams, and driving new commercialization models in the market


Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercialization strategy and execution for the Thailand business, ensuring alignment with revenue and P&L targets.

  • Drive innovative engagement models for healthcare, pharma, and supplement clients, leveraging technology, omnichannel marketing, and insights from healthcare professionals (HCPs).

  • Build, scale, and oversee omnichannel campaigns (digital, offline, HCP insights, virtual reps) to maximize brand growth.

  • Challenge traditional pharma and supplement marketing approaches with insight-led, tech-enabled strategies.

  • Manage, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team, including Account Managers, Brand Managers, KAMs, and Medical Representatives.

  • Develop internal capabilities, foster collaboration, and ensure alignment with broader business goals.

Job Requirements

  • Extensive years of experience in marketing and sales within FMCG, consumer health, or supplements in Thailand.

  • Proven expertise in omnichannel marketing, integrating both online and offline channels.

  • Strong leadership experience, with the ability to manage and inspire cross-functional teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Professionally proficient in Thai and English.

  • Track record of delivering business growth, developing innovative marketing strategies, and working effectively with healthcare professionals.
