Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational company with a core focus on manufacturing industrial pump. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least ten years' experience as a C&B in a multinational company for the job of Compensation & Benefits Manager. The job is hybrid based in Jakarta and Cikarang, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Direct report to Senior GM HR
  • Creating and implementing compensation and benefits strategies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  • Designing and maintaining the organization's pay structure, including base salaries, variable pay, and other forms of compensation.
  • Regularly analyzing compensation and benefits trends in the market to ensure the organization's offerings remain competitive.
  • Managing the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Ensuring that all compensation and benefits practices comply with relevant federal and state regulations.
  • Managing the compensation and benefits budget and allocating resources effectively.
  • Effectively communicating compensation and benefits information to employees and stakeholders.
  • Working closely with HR Business Partners, other HR functions, and external vendors to ensure seamless C&B operations.
  • Participating in salary and market surveys to benchmark compensation and benefits practices.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits principles
  • A strong understanding of compensation structures, benefits administration, and relevant regulations is essential.
  • Experience in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs
  • Experience in creating and managing pay structures, benefits plans, and incentive programs is crucial.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines is important.
  • Experience with HR information systems and other relevant software is often required.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Willing to work hybrid in East Jakarta and Cikarang
