Qualifications:

  • Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
  • Advanced studies in Engineering is an advantage but not required
  • At least 6 years related work experience (land development, road and bridges)
  • COSH Certificate is an advantage but not required
  • Has excellent English writing and grammar skills, and can write concisely, clearly and logically.
  • Ability to establish a team effort that promotes working towards a common goal
  • Identifies complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
  • Establishing effective control systems and rules
  • Ability to analyze issues and trends for the innovation and improvement of the organization.

Job Description

  • Responsible for proper administration of construction contracts and for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses
  • Reviews project budgets, Monitors project billing to developer, Monitors the collections paid by the client, Evaluates resources (Material & Equipment) and Reviews project status
  • Coordinate with client regarding the status and release of collection
  • Proper filing and documentation of subcon billing, developers billing and ISO documentation
  • Orders procurement of tools and materials to be delivered at specified times to conform to work schedules
  • Selects and coordinates work of subcontractors working on various phases of the project
  • Monitors the status of project accomplishment and status
  • Oversees performance of all trade contractors and reviews architectural and engineering drawings to make sure that all specifications and regulations are being followed.
  • Confers with and directs supervisory personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications, and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays.
  • Develops a cost-effective plan and schedule for completion of project following a logical pattern for utilization of resources
  • Maintain the good working condition, proper maintenance and safekeeping of the issued vehicle, equipment and tools.
  • Participate in organization training and development programs such as but not limited to training need analysis, facilitation of training, transfer of knowledge, coaching and mentoring
  • Ontime document facilitation of employee employment cycle (performance appraisal, developmental assignment and others)
  • Meet outstanding attendance and abide in attendance policy.
  • Submitted 1 process or procedure improvement (Improving processes and procedures within the company; Implementation of at least 1 process automation / digitize improvement per department).
  • Submitted 1 Recycling project or proposal (Protecting the environment by preventing pollution and reducing the environmental impacts of our activities/ processes, products, and services).
