Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a multinational coal mining company. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 10 year's experience of corporate communication for the job of Corporate Communication Head. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities:
- Maintain corporate image.
- Ensure all crisis are properly handled (strategically), for corporate reputation.
- Convey information related to company's activities to mass media.
- Analyze and define communication tools and media to convey information/messages about company.
- Ensure event are match to company image.
- Ensure open and on-going internal communications.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's (S1) degree in Communication (preferred)
- Minimum of 10 years of solid experience in Corporate Communication/ Public Relations
- At least 5 years of solid leadership experience
- Experienced, skilled, and with a strong ability to build and maintain external relationships (capable of developing partnerships with media/reporters) and internal relations.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
