Responsibilities:
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the entire management spectrum to identify business issues and areas for improvement
- Plan the company's long-term and short-term growth directions
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of market trends, competitive landscapes, and internal performance to identify opportunities and risks
- Foster collaboration with various departments to implement strategic plans, ensuring seamless integration and synergy across the organization
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of strategic plans and make necessary adjustments to ensure their alignment with the evolving needs of the organization and market dynamics
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in Strategic Planning/Corporate Planning/Management Planning area
- Must have experience in Consulting Industry & Banking and Financial Services Industry
- Proven structured problem solving and analytical skills
- Fluent in English is a must
