Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee all operational activities to ensure efficient and effective execution of business plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and industry influencers.
- Drive sales and marketing initiatives, utilizing your expertise in the baby and mommy care product industry to identify new opportunities and increase market share.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and ethical standards, maintaining the company's reputation and integrity.
- Champion a customer-centric approach, consistently delivering exceptional products and experiences to our target market.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging creativity and out-of-the-box thinking across the organization.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience leading organizations with over 200 employees with annual sales revenue approximately VND 700 billion.
- Background in the baby and mom care product industry is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in commercial strategy, sales, and marketing.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in managing budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving successful business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive informed decision-making.
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required.
