Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a leading brand of family entertainment centres in the Asia Pacific region, delivering entertainment concepts that provide a social experience filled with state-of-the-art interactive games, rides and attractions. This role is based in Pasig City for a full onsite and dayshift schedule.

About the Role:

This role will report into the Group Head of Marketing. We are seeking a passionate and innovative candidate to lead our in-house creative team in crafting compelling visual experiences and driving engagement as we expand our marketing efforts and bring captivating content to life. The focus would be on Timezone and Play 'N' Learn brands, across the countries in which we operate.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative vision: Lead the effective implementation of the Group's creative vision that aligns with the brands' identity and marketing goals.
  • Ensure brand consistency: Oversee the development of all creative assets to ensure they align with the brand's visual identity, tone, and messaging, including creating comprehensive brand guidelines.
  • Manage the creative team: Build and manage the creative team, provide constructive feedback and mentorship to team members to support their professional growth and development.
  • Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns: Develop innovative concepts and campaigns for various marketing channels, including in-venue activations, digital platforms, social media, and traditional media.
  • Multimedia expertise: Possess knowledge across various fields, including static graphic design, 2D and 3D animation, video production, and other multimedia formats
  • Storytelling prowess: Harness the power of storytelling to create compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience and enhance brand engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with marketing, and other departments to understand their objectives and integrate creative solutions into their initiatives.
  • Stay current with industry trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the creative team.
  • Project management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Job Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in an agency or in the gaming/entertainment industry
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a creative team
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your creative vision, conceptual thinking, and ability to execute across various mediums.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate and present ideas effectively.
  • Ability to work creatively in a fastpaced environment, juggling multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality work
