Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading fashion distribution and retail company. Our client is in search of a CRM Manager to handle Loyalty program and formulate and implement effective CRM strategies. The work setup is hybrid work set-up and their office is based in Makati, Metro Manila.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Oversee Loyalty Program with a strong focus.
- Manage Loyalty program software and lead software development.
- Create marketing programs for engagement and repeat purchases, growing the customer database.
- Manage brand databases, ensuring security, and backup.
- Develop creative materials for CRM communication plans, utilizing various channels.
- Oversee customer report systems, identifying improvement opportunities.
- Identify and solve business problems through advanced analytics.
- Manage day-to-day operations, budgeting, and admin procedures, including Mobile Application development.
Key job qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Marketing, CRM, and loyalty program management.
- Proficient in database systems, SPSS, SAS, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong skills in creating customer reports and profiles.
- Basic statistical knowledge.
- Excellent communication, writing, project management, and people management skills.
- Hybrid work setup with 3 days onsite in Makati City.
