Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of an esteemed professional services firm that focuses on solvency management an insolvency administration. Our respected client is seeking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for the role "Data Entry Officer".

Job summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the states in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of information within our SugarCRM database. This role involves routine data entry tasks, including adding and updating names, addresses, and other pertinent information. The person will also be required to conduct regular internet research to verify and correct data discrepancies and ensure the database reflects the most current and accurate information available. This role requires impeccable attention to detail, communication, time management and information monitoring skills. Reporting to the State
Marketing Managers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry tasks to add new records and update existing ones in the SugarCRM database.
  • Conduct internet research to verify data accuracy, checking for any changes in contact details, addresses, and other relevant information.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and rectify any issues or inconsistencies in the database.
  • Maintain a log of activities and report on data entry progress and challenges.
  • Follow data management protocols and procedures to ensure confidentiality and security of the data.
  • Stay updated with new features and functionalities of the SugarCRM database to optimise data entry and management processes.
  • Ad-hoc tasks as instructed.


Job Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum qualification of diploma or bachelor's degree in business or equivalent.
  • Generally with two years in similar role.
  • Exemplary written and verbal English.
  • Proven administration experience essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively with regional team.
  • Experience with a CRM System & Microsoft Excel beneficial, but not required.
  • Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn.
