Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia's Health Division is recruiting on behalf of a well-known dental clinic with locations across Malaysia. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing affordable and quality dental treatments to patients. As the Person-In-Charge, managing the daily operations of the clinic, including but not limited to clinical work, recruiting, financial reporting, stocking, and marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the founder to develop and implement the clinic's vision and strategy.
- Provide quality dental care to patients.
- Recruit and manage the dental team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in dental care.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and laws related to dental care.
Secondary responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and reporting.
- Oversee the stocking and inventory of supplies.
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution, with valid APC.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a dentist, experience working in private settings preferred.
- Experience with orthodontics and implant cases preferred.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Comfortable with social media and digital marketing.
- Proven track record of achieving business goals.
