Executive search firm Monroe Consulting PH is recruiting a Digital Designer on behalf of a BPO company based in BGC Taguig

Job Summary

As Digital Designer, you will be part of a global team of designers. You will be responsible for supporting the design team in creating visually appealing and effective designs that meet the needs of our 6 different brands in 18 markets. Working closely with the senior designers, you will learn and develop design skills, while also having the opportunity to work on your own projects. You will report into the Lead of Design while collaborating with other key stakeholders across the wider business.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design consistent and effective digital marketing assets across multiple markets, brands, and categories of the business.
  • Seamlessly execute resizes, adaptations, and translations across a variety of digital marketing assets.
  • Manage the workflow of incoming requests and execute projects from the conceptual stage to the final product against tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate with global inter-departmental teams including operations, procurement as well as stakeholders in local markets.
  • Uphold global brand identity guidelines and translate them into any creative projects you are working on.
  • Create effectively paid marketing assets and campaigns through innovative creative solutions relevant to existing trends.
  • Offer advice to juniors and share knowledge with colleagues, encouraging others to share and explore their ideas.
  • Maintain high standards and ensure only the best work is released to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across the company with various stakeholders to drive up standards of digital creativity.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, digital design trends and technologies.

Key Job Qualifications:

  • BA degree or equivalent required.
  • 4+ years experience at a creative agency or design-led consumer brand.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma, and other graphic design software
  • Experience in digital design (social media experience a plus)
  • A dynamic portfolio that showcases a finely tuned and nuanced aesthetic
  • Strong in typography, design systems & visual storytelling.
  • Advanced understanding of how to apply the methodologies of interaction design and research to business problems.
  • Strong creative instincts and willingness to push further through experimentation.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams.
  • Highly collaborative, driven by creative excellence.
