Monroe Consulting Group, an award-winning executive recruitment firm, is recruiting on behalf of an international hospitality group. Our client is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the end-to-end digital marketing ecosystem, strategies, and execution for the organization. This role is based in either Bangkok or Phuket, Thailand.

This Digital Marketing Manager role seeks a performance-driven, agency-experienced digital marketer with a strong commercial mindset and hands-on execution capability, who understands the full digital ecosystem-from brand awareness through conversion to revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategy aligned with revenue and growth targets

  • Drive direct bookings, digital revenue growth, and international brand visibility

  • Own and optimize the official website (UX, content, conversion, booking engine)

  • Lead SEO and SEM strategies, including Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Remarketing)

  • Plan and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube with clear ROI/ROAS

  • Oversee social media and content ecosystem (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LINE)

  • Collaborate with creative teams, influencers, and partners while ensuring luxury brand standards

  • Support OTA, metasearch, and digital distribution strategies with revenue and e-commerce teams

  • Analyze performance using GA4 and advertising platforms, providing actionable insights to management

  • Develop CRM, email, and remarketing strategies to increase repeat guests and direct bookings

Job Requirements

  • Solid experience in a Digital Marketing Agency environment

  • Strong performance marketing and data-driven mindset

  • Proven ability to manage multiple brands, campaigns, and digital budgets

  • Hands-on experience across SEO, SEM, paid media, and social platforms

  • Exposure to international markets or regional campaigns preferred

  • Background in Luxury, Lifestyle, Travel, Hospitality, or E-commerce is an advantage

  • Hotel experience is a plus but not required

  • Good command of English
