We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to drive transformation initiatives across our bancassurance channel. This role will focus on enhancing sales performance, strengthening bank partnerships, optimizing operational processes, and enabling frontline teams through data-driven insights and strategic execution.

Job Responsibilities

Lead strategic initiatives to enhance performance, productivity, and growth within the bancassurance channel. This role focuses on sales optimization, partner alignment, and process improvement to drive sustainable business expansion.
Develop and execute bancassurance transformation roadmap.
Drive sales performance through KPI monitoring, analytics, and incentive design.
Partner closely with bank stakeholders to align growth strategies.
Enhance sales enablement tools, campaigns, and frontline capabilities.
Improve operational processes and cu
stomer journey efficiency.

Job Requirements

Experience in bancassurance, life insurance, or banking.
Strong background in sales strategy, performance management, or business transformation.
Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Combine strong commercial acumen with transformation experience and a deep understanding of bancassurance distribution within the life insurance industry.
