Executive search firm Monroe Consulting PH is recruiting on behalf of a multinational pharmaceutical company that recently commenced operations in the Philippines in 2022. They are seeking a motivated District Manager for GMA North specializing in Respiratory or Dermatology products to join their team. The District Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets for the assigned district. This role requires strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of the respiratory or dermatology market, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals. 
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional results within the assigned district.
 - Develop and execute district-level sales strategies and action plans in alignment with the overall company objectives and marketing strategies for respiratory or dermatology products.
 - Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the district to identify growth opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and supply chain, to ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives and product launch plans.
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and key customers to drive advocacy and enhance product awareness.
 - Conduct regular field visits and accompany sales representatives to customer visits to provide coaching, support, and guidance.
 - Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and provide accurate and timely reports on sales achievements, market trends, and competitor activities.
 - Collaborate with the training department to provide training and development programs for the sales team to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
 - Monitor and manage the district sales budget, expenses, and resources to ensure optimal utilization and compliance with company policies.
 - Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory guidelines related to respiratory or dermatology products.
 
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nurisng, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration
 - Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial role, preferably in the respiratory or dermatology therapeutic areas.
 - In-depth knowledge of the local pharmaceutical market, including understanding of healthcare systems, regulations, and key stakeholders.
 - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth in the pharmaceutical industry.
 - Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
 - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and key customers.
 - Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop effective sales strategies.
 - Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
 - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales management software.
