Qualification:
- A minimum Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or a sustainability-related degree would be useful to give a grounding in the key issues of sustainability and environmental policy.
- At least 4 - 7 years of experience in Sustainable Development or ESG-related work would be useful, preferred with consultant experience background.
- Good organizational skills, team player, and good time management skills.
- Having experience in handling CSR activities/projects.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in English is a must
- Passionate about Sustainable Development, Circular Economy, and ESG and able to convince others why it is important.
- Interest in current affairs and government policy
Job Description:
- Drive strategy and implementation of sustainable development by ESG framework for THE CLIENT'S companies in Indonesia
- Support consultancy in the ESG, SD, and CE aspects of the integration of sustainable development with business strategies of all THE CLIENT'S operations in Indonesia, in alignment with overall THE CLIENT'S's sustainable development agendas.
- Research and update issues about Sustainable Development, CE (Circular Economy), and ESG-related information to support the overall THE CLIENT'S's sustainable development agendas.
- Support Environmental Consultant (regularly report) and support upon request.
- Support relevant internal and external stakeholders in promoting, communicating, and coordinating the implementation of ESG, SD, and CE aspects of the sustainable development agendas.
- Support consultancy in the ESG, SD, and CE aspects of the integration of sustainable development with business strategies of all THE CLIENT'S operations in Indonesia, in alignment with overall THE CLIENT'S's sustainable development agendas.
- Coordinate with SHE committee members/company representatives about the activities.
- Develop, monitor, and evaluate corporate social programs based on the ESG concept initiative.
- Responsible for timely and consistent release of ESG company information/company updates on sustainability or ESG
- Providing and supporting administrative management in the SD department.
- Support SD, CE, and ESG roadmap, action plan, and project-related.
- Support for CSR activities/projects.
