Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a reputable medical testing services. They are seeking for a Field Application Scientist who will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to customers and sales teams. The primary role involves understanding customer needs, demonstrating the capabilities of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) products, and assisting with the implementation of NGS solutions. The role is an individual contributor. Work setup is from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, onsite arrangement in Ortigas, Pasig.
- Conducting product demonstrations and workshops to showcase the features and benefits of NGS solutions.
- Working with the sales team to find potential customers and aid them in the sales process.
- Helping with product installations, troubleshooting, and offering technical support.
- Training customers on the correct use of equipment and software
- Building and sustaining strong customer relationships for satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assisting the business team with technical and applications support in response to customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of proven hands-on experience in the genomics, molecular biology, or molecular diagnostic arenas.
- Amenable to work on-site from Mondays to Fridays from 8 AM to 5 PM in Pasig City.
- Willing to travel for field work.
