Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading national company in renewable energy. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 10 years' experience in finance for the job of Finance Accounting Tax Manager. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Report directly to the Director
- Manage day-to-day financial operations and coordinate with other divisions within the company
- Directly develop corporate finance strategy and planning with BOD and Founders
- Maintain cash flow (planning, forecast, AR, AP, all in-out transactions)
- Prepare and present routine financial reports, forecasts, and planning in a timely manner to Management
- Optimization of finance and accounting processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
- Provide advisory and consultative support about accounting policies and other compliance requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting/ Banking or equivalent
- Experienced in dealing with financial institutions, e.g. Bank
- Experienced in both AR and AP functions
- Experienced in cashflow and financial projections
- Possesses in-depth understanding of accounting and tax principles, practices, standards, law, and regulation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accounting Software
- Must Familiar & Experience with: ERP, Cash Flow, and Project Construction
