This role plays a strategic part in supporting business decision-making through financial planning, performance reporting, tax compliance, and data-driven analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Planning and Forecasting
- Lead the coordination and consolidation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts
- Monitor and track actual performance against budget and forecast
- Analyze variances, identify improvement areas, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders
Performance Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and deliver accurate and timely management reports
- Highlight key trends, risks, and opportunities to support strategic decision-making
- Continuously improve reporting workflows, automation, and data accuracy
Tax Compliance
- Ensure end-to-end tax compliance including reconciliation, timely reporting, and proper tax treatment
- Act as key liaison with tax consultants and tax authorities
- Ensure strong audit readiness with minimal findings and penalties
Strategic and Ad-Hoc Analysis
- Provide financial insights and analytical support for strategic initiatives and business reviews
- Translate complex data into structured and meaningful business recommendations
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead and develop the finance team through structured coaching and clear performance objectives
- Strengthen team capabilities to ensure high-quality delivery, compliance, and succession readiness
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Economics, strong academic track record
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis
- Prior experience in multinational environments is preferred
- Big 4 audit or advisory background is an advantage
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting processes
- Solid knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance
- Proficiency in ERP systems, SAP is highly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills, strong presentation capability, and experience with Power BI or similar tools
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Proven leadership capability with experience managing and developing team members
- Agile, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment
