Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of an IT Services and Auditing company. Our client is looking for a Full Stack Developer who will work under the direct supervision of the IT Project Manager. The role is responsible for developing applications based on system requirements, implementing software design, testing software modules, and providing system maintenance to support company-wide management functions. This position is based in Pasig and offers a hybrid work arrangement (3 days RTO, 2 days WFH).
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Research, design, develops, and test new application based on the system requirements.
- Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation.
- Maintaining the system by monitoring, identifying, and correcting software defects.
- Work with users or internal customers on the execution of projects.
- Provides assistance to System Integration Manager, Project Manager, System Analyst, UI/UX Designer and Graphic Designer in software development.
- Professionally maintain all software and create updates regularly to address customer and company concerns.
- Troubleshoot coding problems quickly and efficiently to ensure a productive workplace.
- Participate in projective activities based on assigned project roles.
- Actively seek ways to improve business software processes and interactions.
- Constantly update technical knowledge and skills by attending external training or courses, reading manuals, and testing new applications or software.
- Performs other functions and acts that may be assigned from time to time as the business requires.
Key Job Qualifications:
- Experience in software platforms across multiple organizational unit
- 2-3 years of experience developing and implementing software applications.
- Outstanding collaboration and communication skills are essential.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML5/6, CSS3, PHP and JavaScript.
- Functional knowledge of Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc.) is needed
- Experience with responsive development is desired.
- Frameworks: ReactJS, JQuery and Laravel.
- Knowledge of ORM (Object Relational Mapper)
- Version Control and Code Management such as Git or TFS is a plus
- Test-Driven Development.
- Analyze code for weaknesses and errors, and present detailed plans to improve them.
- Experience in various databases such as MySQL/MSSQL/Oracle is a plus
- Capable of writing and understanding complex queries
