Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a respected hospital group seeking a General Manager Commercial to be based in Indonesia. This role will be pivotal in driving commercial growth, building strategic partnerships, and strengthening the hospital's revenue performance through effective sales and business development leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Oversee sales performance across multiple hospital units, ensuring consistent growth and market competitiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, insurance providers, and key stakeholders.
- Develop pricing strategies and adapt them to market conditions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate partnerships and insurance collaborations.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform strategic decisions.
- Mentor and lead sales teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven leadership experience in sales and business development within the hospital, healthcare, insurance, or related industries.
- Strong track record in meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience managing multi-unit operations or large sales teams.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
