Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Healthtech company seeking a Head of Business Strategy. You will be responsible for analyzing the entire business operations using data-driven insights, with a focus on P&L, revenue, and overall business performance. Your strategic guidance and planning will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth across all business lines within the organization.
Data Analysis and Insights:
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to understand the company's financial performance, including P&L, revenue trends, and business metrics across different departments and units.
- Identify patterns, trends, and opportunities within the data to provide meaningful insights that will inform strategic decision-making.
Business Planning and Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including department heads and senior leadership, to develop a cohesive and data-backed business strategy.
- Formulate long-term and short-term strategic plans to drive revenue growth and enhance profitability in alignment with the company's overall vision and objectives.
- Assess existing revenue streams and explore new avenues for generating revenue across all business lines.
- Propose innovative strategies and initiatives to maximize revenue and market share.
Consulting and Advisory:
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the Country Director, offering expert insights, recommendations, and guidance on critical business matters.
- Participate in high-level meetings, providing valuable input to shape the company's direction.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, competitors' activities, and market dynamics to proactively identify opportunities and potential threats.
- Develop actionable plans to maintain the company's competitive edge.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of business strategies.
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and adjust them as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in business strategy, management consulting, or a similar role within technology companies.
- Solid understanding of financial statements, P&L, and revenue analysis.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to drive informed decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strategic mindset with the capability to think critically and devise innovative solutions.
