This position will be responsible for digital plans and strategies to promote revenue, profitability, service capabilities, developing digital policy, forecast, IT plans, feasibility studies, reports, and presentations to the Board of Directors.

Job Responsibilities

Corporate Project Management

  • Feasibility: Analysis of business value, benefits, risks, and estimated costs to enable investment decisions
  • Manage and Prioritize project pipeline and alignment with business and technologies strategies
  • Evaluation feedback & result(Measure, track and report on benefits realization and customer satisfaction levels to drive better business performance)

Corporate Digital Transformation

  • Develop a strategy and roadmap to innovate and optimize business capabilities (enabled via technology/digital and business process transformation)

Data Analytics and Management

  • To lead the data analytics in strategy development about the collection, manipulation, and analysis of data for the various business functions/departments and also for guaranteeing that there is high data quality and reliability across the business
  • To collaborate with numerous departments across the business, aiding them in the proper use of data, hence, ensuring the delivery of desired operational results

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Technology Management, or a related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in a digital management position in a fast-paced business environment
  • Strong analytical and modelling skills that involve big data analysis
  • Proven track record of interacting with senior management in a highly sensitive and collaborative mission to agree and carry on the strategic initiatives
  • Ability to clearly convey information and instructions across functions to ensure initiatives are executed in an effective way
  • Strong communication skills that get understanding and collaboration from all stakeholders
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Being market savvy, knowledgeable of business trends, customer behaviours, and competitors
