Executive recruitment firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a group of companies. Our respected client is seeking for a HR Head who is experienced, strategic, and hands-on HR Generalist to lead the Human Resources function as Head of HR at the senior manager level. This role has a hybrid work requirement in Ortigas, Pasig and will be reporting to the Chairman.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR activities, including employee relations, recruitment, organizational development, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, training, and engagement.
- Align HR strategies with business objectives while fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
- Serve as a key advisor to senior leadership on HR-related matters, workforce planning, and organizational structure.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and legally compliant work environment.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, resolve grievances, and support conflict resolution processes.
- Ensure alignment between organizational goals and employee satisfaction.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce plans.
- Build strong talent pipelines through partnerships, employer branding, and effective sourcing strategies.
- Drive performance management processes including goal-setting, appraisals, and development plans.
- Support leadership in identifying training needs and implement learning and development programs.
Job Requirements:
- At least 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
- At least 3 years of experience in Senior Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or any related course.
- Strong generalist background with deep experience across all core HR functions.
- Proven ability to partner with leadership and influence across multiple levels of an organization.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office tools.
