Award winning Executive recruitment company, Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of an international financial bank providing financial services to both local and international corporate clients. Our respected client is looking for a Head of Human Resources to lead overall HR functions of the bank.

Head of Human Resources will be responsible for driving the full spectrum of HR functions across talent acquisition, C&B, employee relations, organizational development, and employer branding-with a strong focus on compensation & benefits and labor law compliance. This role requires a strategic leader who can engage with both regional and local leadership teams while leading a high-performing HR department.


Job Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and oversee the HR team (12-13 staff), covering recruitment, C&B, HR operations, organizational development and employee branding.

  • Define and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on talent retention, workforce planning and capability development.

  • Drive and ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.

  • Take ownership of the compensation & benefits strategy, ensuring market competitiveness and alignment with regional and global benchmarks.

  • Serve as a strategic business partner to the GM and senior management team, providing HR insights to support decision-making.

  • Partner with regional HR counterparts to ensure alignment on HR programs, reporting, and governance.

  • Foster a high-performance culture through effective performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Ensure smooth HR operations and timely resolution of employee-related matters.

Job Requirements

  • Relevant years of progressive HR experience with a senior HR leadership role.

  • Strong expertise in compensation & benefits and Thai labor law is essential.

  • Proven experience managing a full-spectrum HR function in mid-to-large organizations.

  • Industry background: Open, but financial services industry (FSI) is preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and work with senior stakeholders.

  • Good command of English (both written and spoken).
