Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting is recruiting on behalf of an international leasing company in Thailand. The company has been providing leasing and hire purchase service to both domestic and Japanese corporate customers in Thailand.
This position is responsible for developing a comprehensive strategy aimed at increasing recovery rates for the company achieving recovery targets and enhancing the efficiency of the debt control process and monitor outsource of law firm .
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve company targets.
- Monitor and oversee the outcomes of legal cases.
- Coordinate, monitor progress, and assess the performance of contracted agents while optimizing the company's benefits.
- Manage and oversee litigation operations.
- Continuously enhance processes and streamline operations to boost efficiency.
- Review annual business plans and budget proposals for write-off expenditures.
- Provide insights or propose new strategies to enhance systems or workflow processes.
Job Requirements
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in the legal or litigation field.
- Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of civil law, criminal law, and other pertinent legal statutes, especially those pertaining to hire-purchase and leasing businesses.
