Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with company objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals to execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, events, and advertising.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure marketing efforts are integrated and consistent with company goals.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Manage marketing budgets and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and measure the performance of marketing programs to ensure they are meeting business objectives and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including agencies and vendors, to ensure successful execution of marketing programs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and continuously innovate and improve marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing with a track record of success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
- 3+ years of experience managing and leading a team of marketing professionals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be comfortable with ambiguity.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM, and analytics tools.
