Job Summary:
We are seeking a Head of Operations, a strategic innovator, and a dynamic leader, to report directly to the CEO. In this critical role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing financial and operational strategies to enhance scalability, improve project execution capabilities, and maximize operational efficiency. Your leadership will drive our significant operations in Manila and Cebu towards achieving our ambitious goals. This role offers an on-site work arrangement and is located in Mandaluyong.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence & Process Optimization: Streamline operational processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. Uphold rigorous compliance with SOPs. Regularly evaluate and improve operational and financial metrics using data-driven insights to maintain and extend industry leadership.
- Team Leadership & Development: Build, lead, and motivate a high-performance team. Drive accountability, foster a highly inclusive culture, and ensure organizational goals are met through effective team management and development. Directly lead the accounting, HR, IT, facilities and other operational functions.
- Financial Management & Oversight: Oversee budget planning, financial forecasting, and financial control. Maintain strict financial oversight across operations, ensuring adherence to regulations and optimization of expenditures.
- Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management: Manage compliance with national and local business regulations, addressing governance, risk, and compliance requirements
- Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with department heads to align operational strategies with company objectives.
Key Job Qualifications:
- We highly prefer a candidate with proven experience in expanding a company's workforce from a few hundred to thousands of employees. The candidate must be capable of addressing diverse scaling requirements throughout the organization, including, but not limited to, team restructuring, financial planning, policy revision, and the enhancement of office space, equipment, and facilities.
- Proven experience of at least seven years in operational/financial leadership roles, preferably in tech.
- Quick to act yet detail-focused, boasting a solid track record of execution.
- Strategic thinker. Excellent communicator.
- Experienced in building and scaling high-performance teams with strong leadership and motivational skills.
