Job Summary
Our respected client is seeking for a Head of Sales who will be responsible for obtaining profitable results through the achievement of the company revenue targets. The job is located in Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines but currently offers a hybrid work arrangement.
As the Head of Sales, you will be instrumental in achieving company revenue targets and ensuring the profitability of the business. Your responsibilities include leading the formulation of sales strategies, acquiring new customers, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will play a crucial role in understanding and addressing customer needs while overseeing corporate partnerships for maximum income potential. Collaborating with technical support and other departments, you'll ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
Key job responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Acquire and retain customers, ensuring relevance to their business operations.
- Proactively assess and validate customer needs on a daily basis.
- Manage corporate partnerships to maximize income.
- Coordinate with technical support for customer satisfaction and problem resolution.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Solutions and Solutions Delivery Departments.
- Assist in customer onboarding and accreditation processes.
- Monitor billing and accreditation procedures.
- Optimize the sales organization based on market demand.
- Coach and mentor team members for productivity.
- Generate and submit reports to the Executive level, including Profit and Loss Reporting, Pipeline and Funnel Reporting, and ManComm reports.
Key job requirements:
- Minimum ten (10) years of relevant work experience in business development, sales, and marketing, with at least two (2) years in a senior management capacity.
- Proven track record in expanding client base within the IT products and services industry.
- Exposure to Asian markets and familiarity with NetSuite and RedHat.
- Five (5) years of experience managing teams of at least five (5) people in various tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial concepts, especially Profit and Loss figures.
- IT solution selling experience.
