This premium initiative is designed to elevate customer engagement and deliver bespoke financial solutions to Indonesia's affluent segment.
As part of this strategic rollout, our client is seeking a Head of Sales & Marketing - Wealth Lounge, a key leadership role responsible for building and scaling the new channel. This role is ideal for a commercially driven leader with deep experience in HNW client strategies, sales transformation, and luxury or wealth-focused marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Strategy & Execution:
Design and drive the overall strategy for Wealth Lounge sales and marketing, focusing on high-impact client acquisition and experience. - Sales Leadership:
Build, lead, and manage a high-performing team of sales professionals dedicated to serving HNW clients. Set clear KPIs, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with revenue targets. - Luxury Brand Marketing:
Partner with marketing and brand teams to develop campaigns, events, and digital assets that resonate with Indonesia's elite clientele. - Client Experience Management:
Champion customer-centric initiatives by curating personalized journeys and ensuring the Wealth Lounge delivers a premium experience across all touchpoints. - Product Collaboration:
Work with product development and underwriting teams to tailor unique insurance and investment solutions that meet the distinct needs of the HNW segment. - Strategic Partnerships:
Build and nurture relationships with private banks, wealth managers, and external HNW networks to drive referrals and business growth. - Market Intelligence:
Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to ensure the Wealth Lounge remains differentiated and relevant.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in insurance, private banking, or financial services with a strong focus on the affluent market.
- Strong leadership capabilities in sales and marketing, ideally in launching or managing a premium or high-touch customer proposition.
- Experience handling HNW customers or exclusive customer programs (e.g., Priority Banking, Private Client Services, Wealth Advisory).
- Commercially agile with a strong grasp of brand positioning, customer experience, and team performance management.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance; Master's or MBA preferred.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
