Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a global home appliances company. Our respected client, Electrolux, is seeking a Head of Trade Marketing to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role will be reporting directly to the Country General Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive retail and shopper marketing strategy to drive sell-out and deliver exceptional in-store consumer experiences.
  • Create and align annual trade marketing plans with key accounts, product launches, and business objectives.
  • Own and manage the trade marketing budget, ensuring high ROI through regular analysis and improvement initiatives.
  • Lead the planning and execution of national consumer promotion programs, including concept development, implementation, and post-campaign evaluation.
  • Oversee in-store execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and timely deployment of displays, POSMs, and campaign materials.
  • Manage a team including Trade Marketing Operations Specialist, Trainer, and Promoter Manager to ensure excellent execution and training quality across retail channels.
  • Define KPIs, monitor performance, and coach team members for continuous development.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product Line, and Regional Marketing teams.
  • Actively participate in the regional Retail and Shopper Marketing community, sharing best practices and learning from peers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in consumer goods or retail environments.
  • Proven leadership and people management experience.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to manage budgets and evaluate ROI.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
