Executive recruitment firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a growing shared service company that provides solutions for all businesses. Our respected client is looking for an HR Data Management Team Leader who will lead and managing the daily operational execution and deliverables of the human resources shared function with a focus on the employment life cycle, from attraction, hiring, development, retention, data/HRIS management and offboarding processes. This role is on a hybrid work arrangement and will be reporting to the HR Shared Services Lead.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Team engagement and performing efficient and quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with respective stakeholders to enhance the employee experience, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to overall team goals.
  • Responsible for managing talent acquisition, onboarding, and the overall employee lifecycle data management processes and their implementation.
  • Oversees daily operational functions, including but not limited to case management, process assessment, and the distribution of related requests.
  • Ensures the accuracy, quality, and efficiency of work deliverables on a day-to-day basis.
  • Acts as the subject matter expert and escalation point for the team, addressing process-related inquiries and clarifications.
  • Supports the development and execution of training plans, including live sessions, onboarding, refresher courses, and follow-up training on new and existing procedures.
  • Assists in hiring efforts and contributes to building the team's capabilities and core competencies.
  • Participates in updating and distributing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and tools aligned with HR processes.
  • Manages task planning, workload distribution, and team utilization to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery in line with service level agreements (SLAs) and performance targets.
  • Promotes a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer service excellence.
  • Leads, supports, and coaches team members in daily operations, aligning individual performance with organizational objectives (OKRs).
  • Monitors work quality and provides technical guidance on complex issues.
  • Identifies growth opportunities and implements development plans to enhance team competencies.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in HR Data Management from a shared service industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources or any related field.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in Talent/Onboarding and employment Life Cycle Data Management.
  • Expert of HR processes, systems, and tools within the various stages of the employee lifecycle.
  • Has proven skills in managing, understanding, and execution of ATS/Hiring/ERP systems and tools, database functionality, and reporting.
  • Knowledge and understanding of performance and quality metrics, goals, and service level implementation and assessment.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment and experience in a shared services environment is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships across diverse geographies/locations and business area.
  • Extensive Experience in start - up, growing and fast paced organization is highly desirable. Competencies
