HRAD Executive (Engineering), Makati City, Philippines

Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a global leader
in specialist in Electrical and Digital Building Infrastructures. Our respected client is seeking of solid recruitment
& selection, employee relations, and payroll for the position of HR Executive. The job is based in Makati City,
Philippines.

Job Summary:

The HRAD Executive is responsible for the general office and human resources administration , supporting the Country Manager, Philippines to ensure smooth operations locally.

Key job responsibilities include:
* Full spectrum of HR duties including but not limited to Employee engagement, Payroll, Recruitment etc.
* Responsible for all Employee On-Boarding and Off-Boarding processes-new hire
* Follow up on all training processes and forms-registration, attendance records, evaluation forms, certifications, etc.
* Administer employee leaves, time attendance, overtime and benefits record-weekly biometrics clocking, phones and fleet cards, etc.
* Administer employees' medical insurance plans in a timely manner - register new hires, de register leavers, update employee's status, etc.
* Responsible for updating of employee's email account status (new/leavers) in accordance to the Group's standards, direct employees to e-Care should there be any issues
* Responsible for company office maintenance and management - ensure restricted access and confidentiality at all times, exceptional will be upon the approval of the Country Manager,
Philippines
* Ensure prompt and accurate update of of the company organization chart
* Any other related duties as and when required

Job Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resource
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
* Being Familiar with business permit registration is a plus
* Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
* Creative and highly driven
* Meticulous and excellent coordination skills - able to prioritize and get results
* Independent, mature, and self-motivated with a positive attitude
* Team player with good interpersonal skills
* Pro-active and engaging personality
* Tech-savvy and well-versed in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
