HR Manager

Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of the business entity of a global leader in the construction industry. Our reputable client is currently searching for an HR Manager who is amenable to work in a day shift, onsite work arrangement. The candidate must be willing to travel out of town if necessary to handle the necessary matters. The office is located in Makati City.

  • 65K-85K Base Pay based on interview outcomes
  • 50% (2 weeks) Zamboanga, 50% (2 weeks)Makati onsite work (food allowance, transpo, and accommodation are covered by company)


About the role:

  • The Human Resource Manager provides leadership and supervision to professional/technical/Para-professional staff in the delivery of fast and highly productive human resources services in the Corporate Office.

  • Compensation & Benefits Administration, Conduct Job Analysis, Develop and construction of salary structure.

Key requirements include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Organization Development or equivalent.
  • A minimum of seven years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resource positions.
  • Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational, planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement and employee development.
  • Better than the average written and spoken communication skills.
  • General knowledge of Labor/employment laws and practices and experience working with a corporate employment law attorney.
  • Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources recognition and engagement programs and processes.
