Our client is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions and regional project collaboration. This role is based in Bangkok, Thailand.
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing and delivering comprehensive HR services across multiple legal entities in Thailand. This role plays a key part in supporting business operations and growth by ensuring effective people management, regulatory compliance, and consistent HR practices. The position acts as a trusted HR partner to local leadership while working closely with regional or group HR teams.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations across all Thailand entities, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
Act as a trusted advisor to local leadership on workforce planning, organizational matters, and employee issues.
Manage recruitment activities, including manpower planning, hiring execution, onboarding, and probation management.
Oversee employee relations matters such as performance management, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Drive the annual performance management cycle and support talent development and succession planning initiatives.
Coordinate payroll processing and compensation administration with external payroll vendors and regional HR teams.
Review, implement, and enhance HR policies, benefits programs, and local HR practices in alignment with group standards.
Maintain accurate HR records, HRIS data integrity, and prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
Collaborate closely with regional HR stakeholders on HR projects, standardization initiatives, and best practices.
Ensure full compliance with Thai labour laws, statutory regulations, and internal governance requirements.
Job Requirements
Academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven years of progressive HR experience, with a solid background of managerial or senior HR role.
Experience managing HR for multi-entity or matrix organizations.
Strong hands-on knowledge of Thai labour law and local HR practices.
Solid exposure to payroll, compensation, and benefits administration in Thailand.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and regional teams.
Demonstrate strong English communication skills
