Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational company with a strong presence in its industry segment. As part of their organizational growth and transformation, our client is seeking an HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager with a proven background in strategic HR partnership, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. The position will be based in Sumatera, Indonesia.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Acting as a strategic partner to business leaders in aligning people strategies with organizational goals.
- Collaborating with leadership to support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Providing consultation and guidance in change management, leadership development, and culture initiatives.
- Leading performance management cycles, talent reviews, and development planning processes.
- Partnering with Learning & Development teams to build targeted capability development programs.
- Supporting career pathing, internal mobility, and retention initiatives.
- Serving as a trusted advisor for employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
- Driving employee engagement initiatives and analyzing results for continuous improvement.
- Ensuring HR policies and practices comply with local labor regulations and global standards.
- Supporting audits, investigations, and documentation for sensitive HR cases.
- Collaborating with HR COEs (Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development) to deliver seamless HR operations.
- Monitoring HR metrics and dashboards to identify improvement areas and drive data-based decision making.
- Leading or supporting regional HR projects and initiatives focused on operational excellence and transformation.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Minimum 7 -10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices including talent management, performance management, and organizational design.
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership teams.
- Solid knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Data-driven, analytical mindset with experience managing HR metrics and dashboards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working within multinational or matrix organizations is preferred.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities and HR projects.
- Willing to be based in Sumatera.
