Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational manufacturing company who's looking for a HSE Manager. This role will be based in Riau.
Job Responsibilities :
- Lead and implement the site EHS strategy in alignment with corporate standards and business goals.
- Develop and manage the EHS team to ensure strong technical capability and performance.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the EHS Management System in compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SMK3.
- Set annual EHS objectives, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives across site operations.
- Represent the site in regional and global EHS forums and ensure alignment with corporate programs.
- Lead the Safety Committee and Emergency Response Team, promoting a strong safety culture.
- Ensure compliance with local occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain required EHS permits, licenses, and regulatory reporting with relevant authorities.
- Coordinate and manage internal, external, and certification audits related to EHS.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of EHS experience in manufacturing, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001; internal auditor certification preferred.
- Understanding of Indonesian EHS regulations and international environmental standards (e.g., RoHS, REACH).
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent in English.
