Job Summary

Our respective client is seeking a highly motivated Human Resource Manager. The role entails developing and implementing a thorough handbook that covers company policies, regulations, and a code of conduct. Emphasis is placed on maintaining uniform adherence to HR policies across the organization. Collaboration with team leads is essential for executing HR and talent strategies, handling employee relations, resolving conflicts, and enforcing disciplinary measures when necessary.

The job is located in BGC, Taguig City, Philippines, and offers on-site, semi flexible schedule working arrangement.

Key Job Responsibilities:

    • Create and enforce a handbook containing the company policies, rules, and regulations and the code of conduct. Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
    • Provide proactive hands-on HR leadership, direction and counsel to Management.
    • Oversee all HR operations of the company.
    • Provide support on talent acquisition strategies, including workforce planning, hiring activities and onboarding process.
    • Partners with the team leads to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
    • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
    • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.
    • Issue incident reports, notices and memorandum and impose proper sanctions for the enforcement of employee discipline.
    • Complies with local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
    • Review and approve payroll process and ensure compliance to statutory and company-initiated pay and benefits policies.
    • Responsible for execution and management of annual performance.
    • Promote the company culture, plan and organize staff activities, create a positive team atmosphere and enhance team cohesion.
    • Represent the company values at all times.
    • Manage and oversee office administration functions.
    • Manage offshore HR functions.
    • Perform related work as required.

Key Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • 8 years minimum experience in Human Resource Department
  • 4 years minimum experience in manager position
  • Experience in managing HR functions for offshore sites.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Strong command of English
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Problem solver and critical thinker mindset
