Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational energy company who's looking for an Inside Sales Manager and expertise within energy business .

Job Description :

  • Lead and coordinate the Indonesia team to ensure timely and efficient execution of operational processes.
  • Ensure strong collaboration between sales, plant planning, and cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee proper alignment of RFQ processes with sales and planning requirements.
  • Ensure effective use of systems and tools for tender tracking and order management.
  • Support inquiry handling and order entry activities as needed.
  • Coordinate billing forecasts and customer payment monitoring in partnership with the finance team.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers, regional hubs, and central planning teams.
  • Manage strategic inventory levels and align sales demand with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support business objectives.


Job Requirements :

  • 5-10 years of experience in supply chain operations, order fulfillment, or customer support (preferred).
  • Prior management experience within sales or supply chain functions, ideally in a multinational environment.
  • Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to escalate issues appropriately.
  • Experience in sales demand planning and forecasting.
