Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational Oil & Gas Equipment Manufacturing Company for the role of Inside Sales Specialist. The job description will be as follow :

  • Business Operations Support: Responsible for managing Sales Demand/S&OP processes and commercial dashboards such as KSI, ensuring timely cadence reporting and conducting pricing analysis
  • Key User for Group Systems: Serve as the primary user for systems like CORUM, FastTrack, or local ERP tools, including the monitoring of inquiry and order tracking files.
  • Inquiry & Tender Management: Oversee the entire inquiry and tender process from receipt to submission (see appendix for details). Act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams
  • Customer Order Management : Manage the full order-to-invoice cycle, including coordination, documentation, logistics, invoice generation, and MS provision. Serve as the primary contact for both customers and internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements :

  • Diploma or higher in Business, Administration, or related field
  • Basic ERP and CRM system experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
  • Strong customer focus with solid organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively, adapting to change
  • Skilled in simplifying business processes and solving system challenges
  • Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management
  • Agile mindset with a focus on execution
