Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of Thailand's leading agro-industrial conglomerate. We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Investment Relations Officer to manage and enhance our company's relationships with investors and regulatory bodies. This role involves preparing and updating information related to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and complying with the Bureau of Investments (BOI) mandates.
Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory Compliance:
- Prepare and update information about the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) related to the company.
- Ensure compliance with the Bureau of Investments (BOI) mandates related to the company.
Investor Relations:
- Develop and implement an investor relations plan and strategy.
- Communicate with shareholders and potential investors to provide information about the company's financial performance and prospects.
- Manage the production of all annual reports, SEC filings, and other financial reports.
- Organize and lead investor meetings, roadshows, and other investor relations events.
Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and present financial information to analysts, investors, and company executives.
- Monitor changes in the ownership of the company's stock and report on investor sentiment and
- market trends.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the legal team to ensure compliance with SEC and BOI regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with the Finance & Accounting Department on financial disclosures and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Applicants with strong related experience in the job description can be considered with a bachelor's degree.
- At least 10 years of related experience.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, regulatory compliance, and investor relations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS office and financial reporting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in a public company or similar environment.
- Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards in the Philippines.
- Proficiency in speaking and writing in both English and Filipino.
